  • It's Time to Plan for an Emergency

    April 10, 2023

    Know what to do in the event of an emergency garage closure BEFORE you come to campus. During an emergency - such as winter weather, a hurricane, civil unrest, or a power outage - all 24-campus garage will remain open.

The following holidays are recognized by the University of Maryland, Baltimore for closure.

  • New Year’s Day
  • Birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
  • Presidents Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Juneteenth
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • American Indian Heritage Day
  • Christmas Day

If a holiday falls on a weekend, the holiday is observed based on the guidance provided by the state of Maryland.
